John Frizzell, a renowned film and TV composer, was diagnosed with autism in 2021 at age 56, following a period of self-reflection during the pandemic. The late diagnosis brought clarity to many aspects of his life. Since then, John has become a strong advocate for autistic inclusion, particularly in the entertainment industry.
